Self-catering
If cooking is something you enjoy, then you may like our self-catering option. We can buy your groceries so that they are here for when you arrive, based on your personalised shopping list or you can bring your own supplies. Our self-catering kitchen is already stocked with tea and coffee making facilities and some authentic Grenadian spices to get you started. We can then organise shopping trips which could be to the local supermarket or if you are more adventurous you can buy fresh spices and vegetables from the market, pick fruits direct from the tree and get fish straight from the fishing boats!
The garden has three large stones used for traditional outside cooking on a fire. We also have a small firepit and BBQ to give some more options for outdoor cooking.
Full board
We have partnered with local, experienced cooks to provide tasty, home cooked meals. All our partner cooks have their own successful catering businesses. We use fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients as much as possible including some grown in our own garden. Working with nature, our menus are seasonal and based on what is locally available. One of the advantages of offering bespoke retreats is that we can tailor the food according to your tastes. So whether you prefer more Westernised style or want to try local dishes then we can arrange menus to suit your taste. However due to limited availability of some food items on the island we can not cater for certain specialised diets. As a small retreat house offering bespoke retreats we can make the main meal at lunch time rather than in the evening if this suits you better or provide a packed lunch if you wish to go out for the day. Food is available as self service to offer an informal, homely atmosphere and offering some flexibility around meal times.

You may wish to mix and match with your catering requirements. You could have some meals provided at the retreat house and also cook for yourself some days. You may also like to try some of the local cafes and restaurants.
